Not to eat the same sense

Okay ... On the morning of 2 and wakes up with a strange feeling in the chest. Or is it in the stomach. Do not ignore it. Is it still or heartburn. Maybe ... But can be something more serious. It can be a heart attack.

Just because the convenience is not a classic "and" type of pain and destruction often described or because it does not cause you to "touch the chest" like movies and television does not mean that your heart may be. In women, symptoms are vague and more ... Sometimes something as simple as "just feel tired more than normal" or "just doesn't feel right."

If you receive a "funny feeling" of the chest or abdomen, or some "designed", especially if you have any risk factors for heart disease, make your way to the nearest emergency department. Let this sort of medical professionals. We would much rather re-assure you your heartburn symptoms are indeed, still some bad or anything less than to be your favorite console, because the reference to your body's way of stating the problem. The nearest emergency department is where you should go.

There are certain things that put a person at risk for heart disease. Smoking, family history of heart attacks (someone in your immediate family have suffered some form of that event before age 60), diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure) where some.

Heart disease all year is at the top of the list of the most serious health problems in that country. Statistics show vascular diseases is America's leading health problem and the cause of death that leads.

The American Heart Association evaluates the following:

It makes sense not ignore everything you think might be a sign of a heart attack.

Chest discomfort, upper abdominal discomfort.
Pain or discomfort in one or both hands, neck, jaw or back.
"Cold" sweating, nausea or lightheadedness
Unusual fatigue or not explained

So, get the phone and call 911. Don't wait more than 5 minutes! If you do not have access to emergency medical systems. Get someone to drive you to the hospital. Not drive yourself. If this is your heart and what cool heart rate while driving, you may lose the car wreck, you ... Making things worse for you, other people who may be involved.
